A growing main dealer in Crawley is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to earn an OTE of £50,000+, enjoy a guaranteed first three months commission, benefit from full training provided, and work in a supportive environment.
Candidates from both motor and non-motor backgrounds are encouraged to apply, this role will be tailored to a trainee or experienced sales executive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Selling new and used vehicles
* Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends
Candidate Requirements:
* Valid driving licence (maximum 6 points)
* Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Motivated and target-driven mindset
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic Salary: £15,000 per annum
* On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000+ per year
* Guaranteed Earnings: £180 per week for the first 3 months
* Annual Leave: 24 days + Bank Holidays
* Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00–17:30; Saturday: 8:00–17:00; Sunday: 10:00–16:00 (1 in 3 Sundays only)
