Freelance Instructors atGrahame Robb Associates
Grahame Robb Associates Ltd (GRA) are looking to increase their pool of freelance instructors.
GRA are a corporate learning and development company, operating two non-residential centres, one near Reading and the other near Burton-Upon-Trent, delivering a range of programmes to corporate clients from a breadth of different industries and backgrounds.
The ideal candidate(s) would have a mature and conscientious approach to safety with an enthusiasm for experiential learning and development, with at least 2 years’ experience in the outdoor industry.
* Current 8-hour first aid qualification (as a minimum)
* ERCA Traditional High Ropes Course Instructor
* ERCA Low Ropes Course Instructor
* Archery GB Instructor
* Knowledge and experience of running ground initiative/problem-solving activities
* Experience of running woodland laser combat
* Experience of working with corporate groups
Rates of pay vary due to the nature of our client base and what we offer, however working with corporate groups does mean we are able to pay industry leading rates.
