Prepare for the Future Support learners in developing practical skills for life beyond Stable Futures, including careers advice and employability preparation. Help facilitate meaningful experiences that build independence, confidence, and readiness for next steps. Contribute to building links with local employers, colleges, and training providers. Be a Positive Role Model Support the emotional wellbeing of learners through a nurturing, therapeutic approach. Promote resilience, positive relationships, and personal growth in a calm, consistent environment. Champion the voice of each young person in planning their journey. What We’re Looking For: Essential A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed. Willingness to learn and grow into a Lead Tutor role. Good communication, teamwork, and organisation skills. Patience, positivity, and a calm approach. Desirable (but not required) Any experience in youth work, alternative education, or support roles.
