Freelance Senior Site Manager Rate: £350 per day

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join amercial construction project close to Fareham. This role focuses on the early stages of the scheme, including overseeing groundwork packages, setting up future packages, and supporting the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate initial site activities and groundwork packages.
2. Assist in setting up subcontractor packages for uing phases.
3. Ensure site safety andpliance with regulations.
4. Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver project objectives.
Requirements
5. Black CSCS Card (Manager level).
6. SMSTS certification.
7. First Aid qualification.
8. Proven experience managing early-stage construction works.
9. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
