HR Manager - Permanent - Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading organisation as they look to add a Senior HR Generalist to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity.
The role:
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Senior HR Officer looking to step up into this standalone role.
You'll have full ownership of the HR function, working closely with senior leaders and managers to shape, deliver, and embed effective people practices.
The main responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters across the business.
* Leading on employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
* Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit.
* Reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with legislation.
* Supporting managers with coaching, guidance, and best practice HR advice.
* Partnering with leadership to ensure HR supports business growth.
The ideal candidate:
* Experienced Senior HR Officer or HR Advisor seeking progression to HR Manager.
* Strong knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practice.
* Confident handling employee relations and working in a standalone capacity
* A proactive, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment
* CIPD qualified (Level 5 or working towards) desirable
