Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Soft Services Site Manager based in South Elmsall. In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team of staff, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include scheduling work, supervising cleaning staff, performing quality checks, liaising with clients, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

* Experience in staff supervision, team leadership, and providing clear guidance
* Knowledge of health and safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control processes
* Ability to liaise with clients to address their needs and maintain positive customer relationships
* Proficiency in managing inventory, monitoring supplies, and ensuring timely replenishment
* Previous experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or a related field is advantageous
