Responsibilities of the HR Administrator
Providing overall administrative support to the HR Department
Accurately inputting data onto CRM systems
Dealing with enquiries from technicians, and office-based staff
Performing vetting for new employees
Writing up contracts for new employees
Updating the CRM databases with leaver information
Generating reports for HR Managers Ideal requirements of the candidate
Strong administration skills
Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
High levels accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to work under pressure, and adapt to changing requirements
Proficient in IT and using CRM systems
