* Proven Residential (inc Housing Association) site management experience
* Two working references
Job Duties
* Assisting with the day to day running of the site
* Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
* Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards
* Manage sub-contractors to ensure all deadlines are met
