In this role, youll: Lead and strengthen the regional Quality & Governance Framework Ensure compliance with CQC, NHSE Quality Standards, ISO15189, and Forensic Science Regulator Codes Oversee internal audits, inspections, incident management and risk processes Drive continuous improvement using audit, incident and KPI data Support patient safety initiatives and uphold information governance requirements Provide expert governance leadership, advice and training to operational teams
