Description
* Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
* Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
* Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
* Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate training sessions and track employee development initiatives.
* Provide administrative support for performance reviews and appraisals.
Profile
* Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Human Resources department.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
* An understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
