About the Role
You will play a key role in business growth by developing new client relationships and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. This is a hands-on sales role involving direct engagement with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities
 * Proactively reach out and engage with potential and current clients
 * Promote a range of high-quality products and services (varied depending on role)
 * Identify opportunities to upsell and close sales successfully
 * Manage enquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
 * Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What We re Looking For
 * Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role, ideally with B2B exposure
 * Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
 * Strong communication skills confident with face-to-face, phone, and written correspondence
 * Well-organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
 * Comfortable with CRM and sales tracking tools
 * Valid UK driving licence required for occasional customer meetings
