Full Time, Permanent | Monday-Friday 37.5hrs
£25,000 - £26,500 + up to 20% bonus (up to £31,800 per annum OTE) | Company car
Territory: Birmingham West and South West (Oldbury, Stourbridge, Selly Oak and surrounds)
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to represent Nestlé confectionery across a defined territory of local stores. You’ll be trusted to manage your area, build strong relationships, and drive sales through great in-store execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll...
1. Visit a set route of convenience stores across your territory
2. Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
3. Improve product visibility through smart merchandising and displays
4. Fix out-of-stocks and ensure products are ranged and available
5. Introduce new products, promotions, and pricing updates
6. Use sales data and insights to spot opportunities and take action
7. Capture activity and results using simple digital tools
You'll be the person who makes sure Nestlé brands stand out on shelf - and sell.
What We’re Looking For
8. Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
9. Commercially curious - you notice what sells and why
10. Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
11. Happy using mobile apps and basic sales data
12. Experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising is useful but attitude matters most(!)
