The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and improving products, supporting trials and scale-up activities, and ensuring all work complies with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new product ideas, develop recipes, modify existing products (e.g., low-fat, gluten-free), and conduct sensory testing
2. Design, manage, and optimise trial scale-ups, ensuring efficiency and quality control
3. Manage projects effectively, ensuring accurate recording and documentation
4. Stay up to date with food legislation, ensure accurate labelling, and research additives and substitutes
