Job Description The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering an excellent recruitment experience to UKAEA’s new starters through efficient and effective administration.. Core responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to candidates and employees, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of queries. Manage personal data in full compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR requirements. Provide end-to-end recruitment administration Prepare offer and new starter letters Process vetting and references, and collect right-to-work documentation. Support candidate onboarding, including relocation assistance, induction bookings, and issuing required training (e.g. CBT). Assist the wider recruitment function as needed, including coordinating and welcoming interview candidates.
