Sales Executive – Ipswich
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £20,000 Basic – £50,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (with one day off during the week) Alternate Sundays: 10:00am – 4:00pm

This Sales Executive position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone, helping them find the right vehicle and finance options to suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate suitable new and used vehicles
Organise and accompany customers on test drives
Provide honest and transparent finance and product advice
Handle all required paperwork and ensure FCA compliance
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer details
Ensure every handover is a positive and exciting experienceAbout You
To succeed as a Sales Executive, you’ll need:
Experience in car sales or another customer-facing retail environment (preferred)
A confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven attitude
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Competence with CRM and office software
