Our client, a well-established and growing logistics business based in Mallusk, is seeking an experienced and organised Service / Logistics Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and processing quotations and bookings for UK and Ireland import/export shipments
* Liaising with customers, depots, and transport companies to coordinate shipments efficiently
* Coordinating transport bookings with the transport department
* Preparing and handling transportation documentation
* Monitoring the progress of consignments and resolving any issues that arise
* Ensuring records and shipment information are accurate and up to date
* Dealing with Customs & Excise requirements and related documentation
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain administration
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Knowledge of customs procedures/import-export documentation would be advantageous
