develop Software Engineering team have been engaged Exclusively to build a brand new product team for an innovative health and wellbeing tech brand who are building a next-generation wellness platform. The product is being built from the ground up, and they have a unique offering which will disrupt the health and wellbeing space as we know it.
This is an opportunity to join early, shape a flagship application, and have a genuine impact on a product that aims to do something meaningful.
The Opportunity
* Build and own a native iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI
* Work on a product where AI & ML are embedded from day one, not bolted on later
* Develop on-device, privacy-preserving features (no data harvesting, no shortcuts)
* Collaborate with a small, experienced team who have built and scaled products before
* Influence technical decisions, architecture, and user experience from the start
What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing and maintaining a high-quality iOS app using Swift & SwiftUI
* Integrating with shared Kotlin Multiplatform modules for business logic and data
* Implementing on-device ML features for personalised user experiences
* Building integrations with Apple HealthKit and wearable data
* Working closely with design to deliver intuitive, accessible, and polished UI
* Optimising for performance, battery usage, and offline-first experiences
* Supporting App Store submissions and release management
What We’re Looking For
* Strong commercial experience with Swift and SwiftUI
* Solid understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
* Experience with HealthKit and/or on-device ML is a big plus
* Care deeply about code quality, UX, and performance
* Comfortable in early-stage environments where ownership and initiative matter
* Strong preference for someone with industry experience- desirable
