Key responsibilities include: * Managing customer queries across service and aftercare, ensuring prompt and professional responses. * Leading, coaching and developing the customer service team through 1-2-1s and day-to-day guidance. * Overseeing trials, hires and aftersales support, ensuring high standards of care and follow-up. * Driving continuous improvements in customer service processes and performance. * Collaborating with other departments to align service delivery with wider business goals. * Supporting data monitoring, KPI tracking and contributing to overall operational improvements.
