We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Boat Sales Executive to join our team in Upton and support the sale of new and pre-owned boats.
This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working in a premium, lifestyle-driven environment.
The Tingdene Group is made up of 5 business units- Residential Parks, Leisure Parks, Marinas, Boat Sales and Floating homes, so there's never a dull day here. So, what will the role of Boat Sales Executive Involve?
Working closely with the Boat Sales Director and Marina Manager, this person will be responsible for the overall sales function including:
- Creating and monitoring sales plans
- Developing and maintaining the customer database
- Preparing offers
- Preparing advertising documentation
- Attending national boat/yacht shows
- Selling boats and completing all required paperwork
- Assist with the day-to-day running of Upton Marina
What experience do you need?
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to generate and follow up leads
- Excellent customer service with the ability to build rapport
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle & paperwork required
- A passion for boats
