Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through targeted outreach and proactive networking – this is a true sales executive role, outbound targets are tough but rewards are reflective.
* Qualify prospects and understand project needs, build-cost profiles and risk landscapes.
* Present AHCI warranty solutions and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
* Manage relationships throughout the sales cycle – initial enquiry to policy inception.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
* Attend industry events, site meetings and client presentations across the Midlands.
* Support strategic growth in the region by identifying market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in B2B sales – ideally construction insurance, property finance or related built‑environment sectors, but flexible for the right personality.
* Ability to build trust with developers, contractors and professional advisers.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Self‑motivated, ambitious and resilient in a target‑driven environment.
* Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
* Experience in structural warranties, latent defects insurance, or construction risk (not essential).
Rewards & Progression
* Basic Salary: £25,000 – £50,000 (experience‑based).
* Commission: Achievable OTE 2x basic salary, completely uncapped.
* Ongoing training, industry qualifications and clear pathway to Senior Sales / Regional Management.
