About the role of Senior Site Manager:
Working on Oxford University, working on refurbishments, refit projects, and new build fit out for the lab/physics buildings.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager:
* Delivering Projects from preconstruction to delivery
* Communication with main contractor & managing other sub-contractors
* Day to day Client interaction
* Ensuring the team are meeting deadlines
* Maintaining budgets, tracking costs, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements for Senior Site Manager:
* Experience working at a main contractor or sub-contractor with a focus on refurbishments
* Delivered projects from £5 m upwards
* Run multiple projects from start to finish
* Staying organised and focused on priorities is a necessity.
