We have a clean as you go policy. So as you will be cooking we clean everything as we work. We are a small food pub. So can have quiet moments. This gives time to keep onto of all cleaning duties. But we need someone who can follow spec book and cook and present as shown in book.
Requirements
We need someone who has worked in a commercial kitchen and has food safety certs. Allergens, but if you don't have all I can take you through your online training to gain the others you will require.
