Our busy Honda dealership in Ruislip is looking to add a Sales Executive. This role is suitable for established automotive sales executives.
We are offering a high basic salary of £22,500 per annum, linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that can deliver realistic earnings of over £65,000 per annum for top performers.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive a consistent approach to our sales process, with a focus on a full 360‑degree sales approach.
You will optimise dealership profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations. Duties include effective use of Brayleys sales processes, enquiry management, and guiding customers from initial welcome through negotiation and close.
You must interact with customers in the showroom, on telephone and online, delivering a great customer experience, thoroughly qualifying needs and exploring appropriate additional products.
Ideal Candidate
* Sales experience in the automotive industry or a similar high‑value sales environment.
* Experience delivering first‑class customer service in a customer‑facing environment.
* Drive to exceed targets.
* Influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and close the sale.
* Full UK driving licence.
