A leading international law firm have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to join their highly regarded team, to focus on implementing efficient processes, driving change and enhancing data analytics within the team. Areas of responsibility include: Implementing structured processes to enhance efficiency within the team and support the firm's compensation, benefits, and wellbeing strategy. Proactively driving forward operational and strategic reward and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with senior HR and business stakeholders. Ensuring that benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the firm's strategic goals. Overseeing the UK annual flexible benefits enrolment and renewal of non-UK reward and benefit plans, including the introduction of new benefits and wellbeing support. Overseeing the annual compensation review and budgeting process. Driving forward the systemisation, automation and standardisation of reward processes. Enhancing data analytics capabilities to inform decision-making and strategy development. Leading reward and wellbeing projects as required, including research and analysis together with the development of recommendations. Skills and attributes: Proven experience in reward operational delivery within a matrix organisation, ideally professional services. Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement. Experience of analysing data, including advanced excel skills. Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits including detailed knowledge of relevant legislation around pensions.
