The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited operate serviced apartments, apartment hotels, co-working, meeting and event space in Cardiff and the Vale.
As Reservations and Sales Executive you know what it means to deliver great hospitality. You will support the Sales and Revenue Team in the business growth plans. You will be involved in driving and converting business across our accommodation, meeting and hot desk spaces. With a great personality and a passion for hospitality you will always be able to offer great options to our clients.
Duties of role;
First point of contact for all our clients
Converting enquiries
Processing of pre arrival and post departure bookings
Carry out showarounds across portfolio
Competitor monitoring
Outbound calling
Support with sales activity
Regular contact with agents & bookers
Processing of the daily business for the operations teams
Skills required;
Knowledge of the local area
Identify new business, be aware of the local market
Good sales skills
Ability to understand client needs and promote the services that we offer
Ensure quotes and bookings are taken correctly
Proactive problem solver
Great communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise work ensuring deadlines are achieved
A passion for hospitality, our industry and delivering great service
Experience;
Experience within the role is preferred
A valid UK driving licence
