It’ll mean you’ll get an Assistant come summertime and in the meantime will be reporting to a Project Manager (who’s running the overall scheme along with a Contracts Manager).
Role Overview
Join a family firm that is developing a brand‑new flagship site of 400 residential units in Bolton city centre. The scheme includes multi‑storey elements, a posh new hotel, various construction types, and a hi‑rise element starting in 2027. You’ll work on a 54‑unit traditional build, 3‑storey apartment block as part of the first phase.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Project Manager and Contracts Manager on all aspects of site delivery.
* Assist the team in delivering the complex scheme, coordinating different construction methods and phases.
* Oversee the construction of a 54‑unit traditional build, 3‑storey block, ensuring quality and compliance.
* Collaborate with the supporting team to meet project milestones and standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in traditional build apartment blocks.
* Knowledge of multi‑storey construction and project delivery.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Previous work on similar large residential projects is desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary from £48,000 to £52,000 (potentially more).
