We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential housing development in Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable construction company delivering high-quality homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site operations for a residential housing project
* Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and site regulations
* Monitor build programme, budgets, and project deadlines
* Carry out quality inspections and ensure high build standards
* Maintain site documentation, reports, and records
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
Requirements
* Proven experience managing housing/residential developments
* Strong understanding of UK construction and H&S regulations
* SMSTS certification (essential)
* Valid CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
* First Aid at Work certification
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Rate £280 xsngvjr -£300
* Company vehicle or car allowance
