Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations
Organise and manage sub-contractors on site
Implement and enforce health and safety practices
Being the first point of contact for the client and sub-contractor
Travel between sites across Nottinghamshire
Meeting clients and managing their expectations
Requirements:
You must have direct experience in social housing, local authority or similar housing association refits
Possession of SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card qualifications
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
