We are looking for an Head of People Partnering & Operations to lead the delivery of people frameworks, services, and processes across a Tech organisation. This is a senior leadership role focused on translating people strategy into consistent, high-quality execution that drives business performance and an excellent employee experience.
Working closely with the CPO and senior leaders, you’ll ensure the People function operates with commerciality, operational excellence, and strong governance while enabling effective leadership across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead People Partnering & Operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong business partnering, and consistent application of people frameworks.
* Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, and complex people matters.
* Own People Operations, driving efficiency, process improvement, governance, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
* Lead implementation of enterprise people frameworks, ensuring consistent adoption across the business.
* Oversee Employee Relations strategy, ensuring fair, compliant, and commercially sound outcomes.
* Use people data and insights to support decision-making and improve leadership effectiveness.
* Build and lead a high-performing People Partnering & Operations team.
The ideal candidate will be a senior HR leader with strong experience across people partnering and operations. You’ll be commercially minded, data-driven, and confident influencing senior stakeholders, with a strong understanding of HR frameworks, employee relations, and organisational delivery.
