Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. In this role, you will collaborate in a dynamic Agile environment to configure, customize, and maintain the platform to meet evolving business needs. You will play a key role in improving efficiency through automation, workflow enhancements, and cross-system integrations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and supporting the SPM module, excels at solving complex technical challenges, and can design scalable solutions with minimal disruption to the environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the SPM module
* Servicenow Certified Application Developer
* Strong understanding of ITSM and general ServiceNow architecture
* Solid grasp of ITIL principles and best practices
* Proficiency in JavaScript and experience working with ServiceNow APIs and web services
* Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
