Skilled Careers are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Canterbury.
This is a dual-role position, with duties split between general site labouring and traffic marshalling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to assist the site team wherever needed.
Duties will include:
1. Banking and directing site traffic safely
2. Managing deliveries and vehicle movements
3. Maintaining pedestrian and vehicle safety on site
4. General labouring duties
5. Assisting trades and site management
6. Moving materials and keeping the site clean and tidy
7. Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
8. Valid CSCS Card
9. Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification
10. Previous construction site experience
11. Full PPE
12. Good understanding of site safety
13. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
14. Ability to work well as part of a team
