Due to continued growth, our client is currently seeking an Administartor to join their People and Culture team, you will be based in their modern head office supporting with general HR Support. They are looking for someone who is passionate about people, loves creating exceptional employee experiences and thrives in a dynamic, modern environment.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
3. Assisting with HR documentation (contracts, letters, etc.)
4. Coordinating internal events, team activities, and wellbeing initiatives that enhance company culture
5. Being the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing friendly and professional support
6. Help implement and communicate People & Culture policies and initiatives
7. Contributing to projects that improve employee engagement, diversity, and workplace experience
This role requires a candidate currentlet with a CIPD Level 3 or happy to work towards
