Mobile Handyman We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Handyperson, Building Technician or Maintenance Assistant to join an established maintenance team on a contract based in the London Borough of Southwark. You will be given a company van to attend the sites. This is a great role for those looking for a position where no day will ever be the same as you are constantly visiting new buildings! Working hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday Responsibilities of the Mobile Handyman * Building fabric maintenance, painting, minor carpentry etc. * Painting / fitting doors, changing broken tiles etc. * Checking / repairing sanitary ware, toilets, taps etc. * Changing / cleaning filters.
