Olleco has over 1,000 colleagues in multiple sites across the UK. Delivering excellent performance, we supply premium cooking oils and collect organic waste which is then converted into renewable energy. As part of the HR team, you will work with our hiring managers to support the full recruitment process from attraction to onboarding. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape the role and delivering results on not only reducing our spend on recruitment and adding value to the process, could lead to this becoming a permanent position. This is a hybrid position working 3 days a week from our Blisworth office and flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. The Job Supporting the hiring manager through the recruitment process by reviewing & shortlisting applications, telephone interviews, arranging face to face interviews, trial days and the rest of the selection process through to making job offers Ensuring candidates are communicated with effectively throughout the recruitment process Work with our ATS to manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle Supporting candidates & managers through the onboarding and induction period Management of our Glassdoor page including content and review management Ensuring recruitment data is kept up to date to accurately report on time to hire, cost to hire and hired source Analysing labour turnover data and making recommendations on how we can improve processes What we're looking for Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role within a fast paced environment or worked on site for a recruitment agency in a recruitment outsourcing capacity Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Responsive and well organised with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
