£30k+ per annum - Dependant on experience.
We are looking for someone who can do full time (37.5 hours per week) or 30 hours per week across 5 days.

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join us.

As a HR Officer, you will be integral to the team and to our clients and your key responsibilities will be:
* Providing advice and guidance on employee issues
* Take the lead on management of HR Systems
* Ownership of the management of onboarding and off boarding of employees for clients
* Development of tailored policies and procedures
* Implementing tailored employment contracts and handbooks
* Creating tailored letters
* Recruitment support for clients including preparing job adverts, telephone screening and managing candidates through an applicant tracking system
* Supporting the HR Business Partners with employee relation casework including producing invites and outcome letters
* Supporting the HR Business Partners with project work
* Writing informative blogs and our client newsletter
Skills and Experience:
* 3 years relevant HR experience
* Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
* Evidence of working within a Human Resources function, delivering full HR lifecycle administration and advice
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience of advising and guiding line managers on informal HR processes
* Ability to balance operating autonomously and act with initiative, knowing when to escalate cases as required
* Good with people – great at building relationships
* Customer service – emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, often exceeding customers’ expectations
* Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel
* Self-starter and an agile thinker - you could handle numerous clients in one day with varying needs
