Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Reports To: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Manager Job Purpose To lead and deliver cost-effective sales of new build properties in alignment with the Group's development programme, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and delivering excellent customer service throughout the buyer journey. Department Overview This role sits within the Development Department, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Groups portfolio, including affordable housing, market sales, grant-funded initiatives, and regeneration projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective lead management and conversion. Represent the Group in a professional and customer-focused manner during all interactions. Guide customers through the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from enquiry to completion. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners (solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, etc.) to facilitate property sales. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and Group standards, including Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and customer interactions using relevant software systems. Contribute to marketing strategies and attend promotional events as required. Person Specification Experience Required: Recent experience in a similar sales role within property or a related field Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in a working environment Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively Experience in customer service and administrative tasks Exposure to project management with demonstrable organizational skills Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of implementing practical solutions Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills High standard of customer service and interpersonal effectiveness Confident negotiator with strong presentation skills Comfortable interpreting data and using digital platforms to manage information Proficiency in Microsoft Word (intermediate), Excel (basic), email, and internet tools Additional Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle ADZN1_UKTJ
