Job Description
We are seeking a HR Associate/Office Administrator.
Our client, based in the heart of Burton on Trent, is currently looking for a dedicated individual to join their established office team as a HR Administrator.
The main responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with staff holiday requests
2. Calculating hours based on timesheets, generating costings, and processing employee payroll
3. Generating purchase orders for managers and clients
4. Communicating company updates to the team
5. Assisting in implementing a new HR system
6. Purchasing office supplies, cleaning supplies, and PPE
7. Managing delivery details and maintaining records
8. Overseeing utility bills

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £26,000 to £28,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
