Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
\t
* 3+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality, street food, or event catering
\t
* Proven experience leading teams in busy environments
\t
* Strong communication and decision-making skills
\t
* Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
\t
* Organised, hands-on, and proactive approach
\t
* Food Hygiene Level 2/3 (or willingness to obtain)

* Leading, motivating, and coordinating team members

* Delivering fast, efficient, high-quality service

* Managing queues and maintaining smooth service flow

* Handling stock control and minimising waste

* Opening and closing units efficiently

* Acting as the senior point of contact on shift
