Due to continued growth across all areas, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven In-house Recruiter to join our recruitment team reporting to the Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles across the business. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for allocated vacancies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
* Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications
* Write, post, and manage job adverts across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and company channels
* Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach
* Conduct telephone and video screening interviews
* Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback between candidates and managers
* Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an inhouse recruitment role ideally in renewables, construction or similar industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable sourcing and engaging with candidates directly
* Good understanding of recruitment practices, basic employment law and GDPR compliance
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Organised, proactive, and results-driven
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality
