Key Responsibilities Compliance: Maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) to ensure absolute safeguarding compliance. Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment logistics, from posting adverts to coordinating interview days. Data Integrity: Using the school’s MIS (SIMS/Arbor) to maintain accurate and GDPR-compliant personnel files. Absence Tracking: Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating return-to-work documentation.
