Your new role Assisting the HR Manager with an increased workload, you will: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and induction process Assist with general HR queries and acting as the HR administrator and first point of contact for HR queries. Assist in developing and maintaining the HR systems, including ensuring HR records are up-to-date Contribute to employee DBS administration Undertake any other duties as, from time to time, may be required What you'll need to succeed Previous HR experience Proficiency with MS packages Strong communication skills What you'll get in return Pay rate: £16.43 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). Contract type: Ongoing temporary basis. Hours: Up to 17.5 hours per week, flexible to suit your schedule. Duration: Approximately 6 months, with potential to become permanent.
