Develop strong local networks and build our reputation as an employer of choice. Ensure full compliance with franchise and regulatory standards. Drive proactive sourcing, digital recruitment strategies, and applicant tracking. Training & Development Lead the delivery of outstanding training programmes. Oversee training needs analysis and development plans. Ensure training compliance and maximise the use of our learning management system. Stay ahead of legislative changes and training trends. Retention & Engagement Create a structured, supportive journey for every Care Professional – especially during their first 12 weeks. Monitor team wellbeing, manage appraisals and supervisions, and champion reward and recognition initiatives. Lead on feedback collection (e.g., PEAQ) and develop responsive action plans. Own employee file compliance and HR performance data tracking.
