Advert Countryside Ranger (Seasonal) Based at Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park in Renfrewshire, you will work as part of a team to encourage appropriate visitor behaviour through the provision of visitor management, outdoor learning and engagement activities primarily at two popular Country Parks. You must have an HND in Countryside/ Recreation Management/ Environmental Science/ Biological Science or equivalent. It is further essential that you have effective communication skills. In addition: you will have experience of leading groups or schools and working with health / conservation / environmental groups It is desirable that you have knowledge of countryside conservation/recreation management and experience of running events A driving licence is essential for this post. The post is a seasonal position working a shift pattern of 5 out of 7 days. Please note that this post is temporary, subject to business needs and funding for 6 months or until the requirement for the post ceases, whichever date is the earlier.
