Are you a commercially savvy, customer-focused sales professional looking to make a real impact in a growing international brand? We're looking for an Account Executive to join a passionate and agile team that’s making waves within the food industry.
About the Role
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with key foodservice and retail accounts across the UK and Europe. Working closely with a dedicated sales agency and internal sales team, your focus will be to drive customer engagement, maximise order value, and ensure that all sales are aligned with forecast targets.
You'll play a key role in supporting the presence in the foodservice sector, including managing product ROI, ensuring smooth operations and helping customers unlock the full potential of our product range.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined customer base across multiple channels

Upsell across the range to increase order value and category penetration
*
Accurately maintain CRM records (HubSpot) to track customer interaction and performance
*
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support product promotion and fulfilment
*
Partner with our foodservice sales agency to identify and reactivate lapsed accounts
*
Monitor and report on sales performance vs. forecast on a weekly and monthly basis
*
Actively contribute to internal sales reviews and planning sessions
What You’ll Bring
*
Sales experience within FMCG, Retail, or Foodservice sectors (field-based or customer-facing preferred)
*
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with decision-makers
*
Self-motivated with a proactive and adaptable mindset
*
Commercially aware and eager to develop P&L responsibility in the future
*
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and CRM platforms
*
Willingness to travel domestically when required
