Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an interior fit out project in Lincoln for a 4-week programme commencing Tuesday 26th May.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance, and driving the project to completion within programme.
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid CSCS Card
* Valid First Aid Certificate
* Proven experience managing interior fit out / refurbishment projects (Shopfitting experience preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site standards
Duties Include:
* Daily site management and supervision
* Health & Safety management and compliance
* Coordination of subcontractors and deliveries
* Progress reporting and programme management
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout
