Role Description
This is a full-time job. The Sales Executive will actively prospect, identify leads, and build relationships with potential clients to promote SafeRec’s innovative compliance solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s offerings. Collaboration with the internal marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs is also expected, alongside contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
* Proficiency in understanding compliance solutions and the recruitment industry is advantageous
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to align client needs with company offerings
* Previous experience in B2B sales or technology sales is a plus
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
