Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruite r About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team. You’ll will be hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps—partnering closely with leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how great GTM teams are built and knows how to identify, attract, and close top commercial talent. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships) Partner with founders, CRO, VP Sales/Marketing, and hiring managers to define hiring needs Build and execute sourcing strategies for high-performing GTM talent Run structured interviews and assess candidates for both skill and revenue impact Manage pipelines, hiring data, and time-to-hire metrics Strengthen employer branding for GTM talent markets What We’re Looking For Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments Strong understanding of revenue functions and GTM org structures Track record of hiring high-performing sales and marketing professionals Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Data-driven mindset with strong ATS and sourcing expertise Ability to move fast without compromising on quality Why Join Us Work closely with senior leadership Competitive compensation and commission structure Flexible working environment Opportunity to shape how we hire as we scale
