HR Administrator (Part-Time) Temporary 31/12/2026 Location: Brackley Department: Agriculture HR Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 09:00 – 14:30) Salary: £11,583 per annum ( £14.75 per hour ) We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our busy Agriculture HR team at our Brackley site. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will provide comprehensive and professional HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees at all levels. Key Responsibilities Managing the Agriculture HR shared inbox and escalating queries where required Administering weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and within deadlines Acting as a first point of contact for payroll queries, resolving or escalating as needed Supporting managers with pay records and additional payments in MHR Coordinating new starter onboarding, including right-to-work checks and documentation Processing absence records and updating payroll and HR systems accordingly Liaising with HR Shared Services on employee changes and updates Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and digital files Updating case management trackers and producing monthly reports About You You will be a proactive and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate work. Essential: Strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace Confident communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Experience working in a busy or similar role Desirable: Previous HR experience CIPD qualification or knowledge of employment law What We’re Looking For A team player who can also work independently A methodical and proactive approach Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships A flexible and adaptable attitude A commitment to delivering high standards of work This is a great opportunity to join a supportive HR team in a role where no two days are the same.
