Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland across there two sites. As a HR Administrator you will be managing administrative processes and leading recruitment and onboarding activities for new starters across the sites.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

What youll do on a typical day:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for both Swindon sites (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication etc)
Maintain accurate HR Records and ensure compliance across locations
Respond to routine HR queries and assist with employee relations matters as needed
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements impacting both sites
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience working in an administrative environment, preferably within a HR setting
Strong in systems - Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Driving License and access to own vehicle
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Experience with supporting on site recruitment and onboarding would be advantageous
