About the Role:
As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our head office and various depots across the UK. You will be the backbone of HR operations, ensuring that our service delivery is seamless and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the HR inbox and directing queries to the appropriate teams.
Responding to emails and phone calls, providing advice on basic HR issues.
Processing Change of Contracts and assisting with onboarding documentation.
Updating our HR Management System, Cascade, alongside other essential systems.
Collaborating with Payroll, Training, and IT to ensure accurate updates for new starters and leavers.
Completing incoming references and chasing new employee references.
Providing general administrative support to the HR department.
Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Key Details:
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Location: Leeds
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8 AM - 4 PM in the office; 9 AM - 5 PM at home, hybrid model)
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per year (£13-35 per hour)
Start Date: Monday, 10th November
